The body of a woman in her early 30's has been found in a B&B in Dublin City Centre.
Gardai and emergency services were called to the scene on Gardiner Street at 1.30pm this afternoon.
The woman's body has been removed to the Dublin City Morgue for a post mortem examination.
Gardai say the results will determine the course of their investigation.
