House Prices Rise Again

There's been a 7.4 per cent jump in the average cost of a home across the country.

A new Daft.ie report shows it's the largest rise in house prices in three years.
Areas with the largest increases include Dublin 8, Dublin 10, Kilkenny and Donegal, where prices have risen more than 10 per cent compared to a year ago.
