The Department of Education has released the new adjustments for next year's exams on a subject-by-subject basis.
Students will be given more choice in many written papers for the 2022 Leaving Cert, in new guidelines published by the Department of Education.
They will be similar to measures introduced just weeks before the 2021 exams, which was the result of a long-running campaign from students.
It will be the third year in a row that adjustments will be made to exams as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
However it has started the conversation if this model of more choice should be permanent.
As well as the changes to the written papers, briefs for project or practical work will be issued by the State Examinations Commission four weeks earlier than usual.
