It’s understood Gardai in Terenure have launched an investigation to establish who was behind a large lighted mobile billboard sign which had been set up in Templeogue village, telling people not to wear masks.
The sign has a number of rotating statements, making several allegations, including the claim that Coronavirus tests are fraudulent. A video of the sign has gone viral. In a statement Maxol in Templeogue confirmed the sign had been placed on the forecourt without permission, but was moved off quickly after management became aware.
