Dublin City Council will vote on plans to build over 850 homes at Oscar Traynor road in Coolock tonight.
Some Councillors have expressed concern about the fact that half of the units will be privately sold, and the affordable ones could end up costing over 300-thousand.
Sinn Fein, the Green Party, the Social Democrats and Labour say they'll be voting against it.
