One Day, Many Voices

One Day, Many Voices is a special nationwide radio initiative celebrating diversity, inclusion and the different people and communities that make up Ireland today. From 7am until 9pm, East Coast FM will join radio stations across the country in dedicating programming to the voices, stories and experiences of people from a wide range of backgrounds. Across the day, listeners will hear from communities throughout County Wicklow, exploring identity, culture, inclusion and belonging, while also looking at some of the challenges people continue to face. The aim of One Day, Many Voices is simple: to provide space for people to tell their own stories, encourage greater understanding and reflect the diversity of the communities served by local radio across Ireland. One Day Many Voices is funded by Coimisiún na Meán with the Television Licence Fee and has been devised by Learning Waves in association with East Coast FM.
